FAQ

Q: What the desity of hair wigs is good? And the density of wigs is enough?

A:We have several different kinds of density: 130% 150% 180% 250%. Hair wigs of 130% & 150% looks more natural and real. If you pursue an effect of fullness, the hair wig density of 180% &250% is a better choice. All of them is good, you can choose the most suitable one for yourself.

Q: Can wigs be dyed & restyled?

A: It is virgin and remy hair, can be dyed and restyled.
For the natural color hair, it can be dyed to #27 coolor, if the colored hair, it can be dyed to darker color.
When you restyle the hair, please do not exceed 150℃, otherwise the hair will be destroyed. Also the hair will be come back to its natural way after you wash it.

Q: How long can it last?

A: Our hair wig usually can last 6months to one year. It depends on how to care it. If you care hair in a proper way, it surely can last a long time.

Q: Why are my hair getting tangle?

A:The hair can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up and so on. Please remember comb(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair twice a week. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Q: Why are my hair getting shedding?

A: When you comb hair with fingers, there will be a few strands in hands, just like our own hair.
To prevent shedding, please running the hair with your finger or wide teeth comb gently. For curly hair, please do not use comb.
After washing your hair, please nurse the hair with some hair oil, then the hair will be silky and soft.
Please do not use too much heat, it will damage the hair.

Q: How long can you get your wigs?

A: Since you have finished the paying, if we have enough stocks, you will get your wigs within 3 to 5 working days; If not, we need near 5 working days to stock up. In some cases, due to climate, maybe it will be delayed. Our staff will track it per 3 hours.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
