UK Government Low Emission Vehicle Plug in Grant

The UK government has an initiative to replace gas and diesel vehicles with Electric Vehicle (EV) by 2030. The government has implemented clean air policies with road restrictions to the city centres to restrict gas and diesel vehicle owners from entering or they will be facing a charge should they wish to enter. Insurance companies has increased the price for insuring gas and diesel engine vehicles by making such vehicles more expensive to keep on the road. The UK Government has also provided incentive grants to all drivers wishing to purchase a EV vehicle that meets a specific criterion.  Car manufacturers are in the process of innovating and designing more EVs to meet the Government initiative and either building their own vehicle parts and accessories or source them from other manufacturers to meet customer’s demand.
